Our room was quiet, tastefully decorated and equipped with heated towel rack nice Italian style breakfast and bathroom plus balcony.

Had comfortable stay during winter time with pleasant staff and incredible location right next to the train station. Location: the hotel was not far from the UNESCO sites as well as the Minerva👍

The hotel's location next to the train station was super convenient for my late arrival. It's only a 10-minute stroll to the beautiful mosaic sites in the old town. The staff were really friendly and helped me with a great restaurant recommendation just across the street, where they even accommodated my late dinner request. My room wasnice and neat, which I appreciated. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options like cake, fruit, yogurt, cheese, and even a non-dairy milk alternative. I noticed the air conditioning was not operational , which might be an issue in warmer months. The breakfast area could do with a little more care, as it felt somewhat uninviting compared to the rest of the hotel. There were a few concerns about thin towels not being sufficient. All in all, a decent place for a visit to Ravenna, but I'd love to see a few enhancements in the breakfast and room amenities.

Hotel is placed very close to the train station, just after exit there is a big logo 'Hotel Mierva' on the right, so no problem to find it for travellers. Staff is very helpful and friendly, even if very poor in Eglish, they really want to help and it's possible to communicate in simple words. Typical sweet Italian breakfast, dining room is small but all together is enough and kind of charming. Perfect choice for people travelling with backpack and those who want to visit Mirabilandia. Bus is just after ' a corner '. Clean, quiet room ( zero noise from trains ), ok bathroom, towels etc..changed every day.

Very nice reception.The distance to Ravenna-center is easily negotiated on foot.Parking very close-by and easily accessible.Nice breakfast, On the whole we recommend this hotel !

Positive, The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. I loved the comfortable bed and the clean, bright decor. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable, and the coffee was great. The staff were really helpful, even giving me a larger room than I booked 😊

Clean with hot and strong showers, and great coffee in the morning! No trouble lokking for the hotel as it is right beside the station, and on your way to the inner town from their hotel, there is a very good/tasty pizza place where one can get a delicious and fairly-sized square slice from 1euro only and where my children happily had their lunch and dinner!

Hotel Minerva was immediately next to the train station, but we never had any problem with noise. The room and bathroom were both a good size, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. The staff were helpful, and this was a good choice for location as it was a ten minute walk to the historic sights of Ravenna, shops and restaurants.

The only negative point was the breakfast room, which was too small for the number of people wanting to use it.

We enjoyed our stay with family. The breakfast was quite good. Even with our larger group in tow.

My wife says that the air conditioning was not on in early June, making the room uncomfortably warm at times.

I was very satisfied with the staff who were very helpful, spoke good English (my Italian is very limited) and had no problem with my delayed arrival.

Very near to the city center! Free parking near the hotel if you are traveling by car!

Internet didnt work in the room and there was no aircond. Its ok for 1 night!

Good place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped return my forgotten shower bag on my first stay. For a great experience, I recommend their excellent breakfast. I'm coming back for a holiday!

The hotel is good and there was no noise at night.

Location could not be better. Within feet of the rail station yet quiet. Easy walk to city sites and restaurants.
